2011 December

Factories

HOSECOM Henan factory, located in the new town of Pingdingshan City, the project plans to invest 1.1 billion yuan, covering an area of 200 acres, with a building area of 157,000 square meters. At present, the construction area of the first phase of the plant is 30,000 square meters.
HOSECOM Wuhu factory, located in Wuhu City, Anhui Province, is currently the first phase of the plant construction area of 3,500 square meters, the second phase of the 100 acres of reserved land, the subsequent use of self-built plants to expand the scale.
Currently, there are 1,200 employees (factory manpower), of which engineering and technical personnel account for 6% of the total manpower; quality personnel account for 10% of the total manpower, and management personnel account for about 3% of the total manpower, and all of them have more than 5 years of working experience in the communication industry.

EMC 3m radio darkroom

The main purpose of the 3m radio wave darkroom is to be fully compliant with the measurement of radiated emission and immunity at 3m test distance. With Barron's fully automated and modularized test system, while reserving the communication RJ45 interface, it can support RE/RSE test for CE/FCC/CCC related certification of 2G/3G/4G/2.4G/5.8G products.

R&D Electrical Performance Laboratory

Electrical performance laboratory can meet the electrical product development, testing and certification of electrical performance testing requirements, through the test to confirm the stability of the product's performance under a variety of workloads, to obtain the product in the process of load changes, the changes in various performance indicators, can be achieved to the product's electrical performance of the comprehensive analysis and prediction of bottlenecks. Complete equipment and instruments, equipped with Agilent 66319D program-controlled power supply, Agilent E5071C network analyzer, Agilent N6705C DC power analyzer, CMW500 wireless integrated tester, siglent SDS 1104X-E oscilloscope, Victory 8155 5 ½ multimeter, Long Wei audio signal generator, Xinwei CT -4008T-5V6A-S1 battery tester and other instruments and equipment.

Mechanical Laboratory

The area is a total of 84 square meters, and the site is built to contain mechanical life, mechanics, and drop type equipment.

Environmental Laboratory

A total area of 234 square meters, site construction contains high and low temperature test chamber, rapid temperature change test chamber, impact box, salt spray, vibration and other environmental equipment.
